1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and AliWin ("AliWin", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AliWin online gaming platform accessible at aliwin.cam (the "Site").

AliWin is an English-language online gaming platform providing sports betting, cricket markets, live dealer casino, slots and instant games. The platform is operated for users who access it from their own jurisdiction in compliance with locally applicable law.

Important notice for Pakistani users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including those arising from the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling under Pakistani law is complex and may vary by province, regulatory context and applicable court interpretation. AliWin does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority — including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial government body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before accessing or using the Platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 By creating an Account or by accessing any part of the Platform (including browsing the Site without registration), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with AliWin's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

3.2 These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the Platform and remain in force until your Account is closed (whether by you or by AliWin) and all outstanding balances and disputes have been resolved.

3.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.4 AliWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction — to create an Account or use any gaming service on the Platform. AliWin will verify age as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any Account pending age verification.

4.2 Legal capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who lack legal capacity (including persons under a court-ordered guardianship or declared legally incompetent) may not create an Account.

4.3 Jurisdictional compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. AliWin makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular country or territory. Pakistani residents must independently assess their obligations under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation or PTA regulatory guidance.

4.4 One account per person. Each User may hold only one registered Account. Creation of duplicate accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and pending bonuses forfeited without notice.

4.5 No account sharing. You may not share your Account with, or transfer your Account to, any other person. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

5. Account Registration & KYC

5.1 To access real-money gaming services on AliWin, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 AliWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Typical documents that may be requested include:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (where required by the operator's compliance process);
• A selfie or liveness verification matching the identity document submitted;
• Evidence of payment method ownership for withdrawals above applicable thresholds.

5.3 Document integrity. You must not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents at any time. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to applicable law-enforcement authorities.

5.4 Secure submission only. KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through AliWin's in-platform secure HTTPS verification portal. AliWin will never instruct Users to submit sensitive documents via email, WhatsApp, social media or any other unsecured channel. If you receive such an instruction, do not comply and contact support immediately.

5.5 Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal and gameplay functions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus values on AliWin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the platform at the time of processing.

AliWin accepts deposits via methods currently listed in the Platform's live cashier. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice based on operator decisions, payment provider policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Users should verify available deposit options in the live cashier before initiating a transaction. The mention of payment brand names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is for contextual reference only. None of these brands endorse, partner with or support AliWin.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the live cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are applied to the Account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. AliWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully verified under the KYC process;
• The identity on the Account must match the identity on the selected payment method;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable;
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security holds, disputes or pending investigations;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the cashier.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and are not guaranteed. AliWin will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

AliWin does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals unless otherwise specified in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, over which AliWin has no control.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on AliWin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, market or event type. These rules are accessible via the relevant game's information panel or the applicable sports betting market rules page.

7.2 Bet acceptance. AliWin reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on odds that were displayed in error, where the system identified a technical fault, or where market integrity concerns exist.

7.3 Void bets. A bet may be voided where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; the odds were clearly erroneous at the time of placement; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance at the stake value.

7.4 Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet or game round and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

7.5 Cricket, football, UFC and other markets. AliWin offers markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments, football and other sports and events purely as commercial betting markets. AliWin has no official partnership, affiliation or commercial relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket franchise, football club or sporting body. These entities are referenced solely as context for the sporting events being wagered on.

7.6 Live / in-play betting. In-play markets may be suspended or settled at any time at the operator's discretion, particularly where data feed integrity or connectivity issues arise. Bets accepted prior to suspension will be settled based on the confirmed event result.

7.7 System errors. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or data error affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, AliWin reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and refund the stake to the User's Account.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 AliWin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional credits to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms where applicable.

8.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified in the promotion terms; failure to do so will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus balance.

8.3 Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The applicable promotion terms will specify which games contribute and at what rate. Placing bets on ineligible games while a bonus is active may not count towards wagering requirements.

8.4 Abuse of promotions. AliWin reserves the right to void bonus claims and forfeit associated balances where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has exploited a promotion, engaged in bonus abuse, used a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or participated in coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity.

8.5 Eligibility restrictions. Promotions may be restricted to specific User segments, geographic regions, account types or funding methods. AliWin reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion without giving reasons.

8.6 AliWin reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's Account will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AliWin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, voiding of open bets, and notification to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting) in any name, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity;
• Providing false, altered or fraudulent identity or payment documents during KYC or at any other time;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors or data feed discrepancies to gain an unfair wagering advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to influence the outcome of a game, bet or tournament;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a deposit through the payment provider after gaming activity has commenced;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is explicitly prohibited by law, if you have been formally notified of this restriction by AliWin;
• Any conduct that AliWin reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive or fraudulent.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the AliWin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the intellectual property of AliWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of AliWin.

10.4 The AliWin name, logo and all associated brand marks are trademarks or service marks of AliWin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use these marks.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Provision of services. AliWin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous and error-free service, we make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game, market or feature within it.

11.2 Gambling losses. AliWin accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform. Gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk. By participating, you accept that you may lose all funds wagered.

11.3 Technical disruptions. AliWin accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider outages or other technical events outside the Platform's direct control.

11.4 Exclusion of consequential loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AliWin excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the Platform.

11.5 User responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and that any decision to wager is made freely and without reliance on representations made by AliWin beyond the explicit terms set out in these Terms.

12. Responsible Gambling

12.1 AliWin is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of voluntary tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited;
• Loss limits — cumulative loss thresholds beyond which no further wagers are accepted in a given period;
• Session time limits — alerts and automatic prompts when a user-defined play duration is reached;
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen summaries of session duration and net gaming position;
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent account suspension, actioned promptly upon request.

12.2 Adults only. The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable licence jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory. No exception is made for users who are under the applicable minimum age, regardless of how they accessed the Platform.

12.3 Pakistan legal context. Pakistani residents must understand that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related regulations may restrict or prohibit online gambling. Reaching the minimum age does not make participation lawful. Players are urged to seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their position.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Closure by the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting AliWin's support team. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6, subject to KYC and bonus conditions being satisfied.

13.2 Suspension or closure by AliWin. AliWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or fraudulent information or documents;
• The Account is linked to suspicious financial activity or potential fraud;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period;
• Closure is required for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons;
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

13.3 Balances on closure. Where an Account is closed by AliWin due to a breach of these Terms, AliWin reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance (including both real-money and bonus funds) pending investigation. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable in all circumstances where they have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements at the point of closure.

13.4 Survival of obligations. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution and any obligation that has accrued prior to closure shall survive termination of the agreement.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, which are the jurisdiction's laws of the territory in which AliWin is operated.

14.2 Informal resolution. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact AliWin's support team with a clear description of the issue. AliWin will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable period.

14.3 Formal dispute process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process as specified by the operator's applicable licence terms. Details of the applicable process will be provided upon request.

14.4 Pakistani jurisdiction note. Nothing in this clause should be interpreted as AliWin submitting to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, nor as a representation that Pakistani law is applicable to these Terms. Pakistani residents use the Platform subject to the governing law stated above and to the inherent legal risks of accessing a platform not licensed under Pakistani law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 AliWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendment will take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms, which will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

15.2 Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations — AliWin will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

15.4 AliWin recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to ensure continued awareness of the current version.
